Notebook Repairs

Not bad but I find it hard to recommend this place. Sent my HP laptop to repair the charging ports. The diagnosis fee is $79 but they lowered it to $39, which sounds fair to me. However, they held the laptop for nearly a week without any updates, so I decided to call them to check the progress. They told me that they couldn't fix it. Well, they should've called earlier. I decided to get my laptop back and paid $39. Not blaming them for not being able to fix the laptop but they could've managed the situation differently

Excellent, friendly service and easy to contact. My laptop's fan was malfunctioning and I had to wait for 3 weeks for a replacement because of the pandemic, but once the fan arrived they called me immediately and replaced it with zero hassle! If your computer is in need of servicing, I highly recommend coming here.

I called the store, I asked for a brief quote to repair my laptop's charging port. The man said he couldn't provide me a quote over the phone and too come to the store instead. I was served by Tim in the store, he's the worst and unprofessional customer service representative I have ever met. He said he still couldn't provide me with a quote and he needed to open up my laptop which would cost me $65.00. DONT GO HERE!!!!***Updated response to ownerMy laptop did turn on!!! I came to your shop for a repair not to be sold your used outdated laptops. I went to one of your competitors and they quoted me $80 no stuff arounds or trying to get more money out of me. AGAIN DONT GO HERE UNPROFESSIONAL & MONEY HUNGRY!!!!

Friendly staff, replacement of battery very quickly on the same day, pay attention to details and asked beforehand if you want the service to be done with the total cost so you do not have any surprises.

Bad place. They took your laptop, promised a price then when they have your laptop, they will ask for money again. Bad place

I brought my laptop to fix my keypad being loose and they fixed it and got it back within the day, other places ive contacted would have made me paid double or triple the price

Incredible service that is efficient, cheap and friendly. Got my water damaged Macbook Air fixed over the time it took to get lunch.
