4Ever Nails and Beauty Balgowlah

I've had mixed experiences with this nail salon. My sister introduced me and she's always gone here. But I came here on my own and was left waiting in a chair for what felt like a long time watching walk-ins being serviced before me (I'm not wealthy so maybe that had something to do with it). Eventually I was seen and multiple staff attended to my hands and feet as they jumped from customer to customer. I recommend going when you have time. Don't go when you have an appointment afterwards or are on break. I wasn't timing the experience but I think I was in there for a couple of hours for a mani pedi.

Came here for the first time today. Efficient and handy for 3 hours free parking. $125 for a full set of acrylic with shellac on top (French) and a shellac pedicure. Wouldn’t trim the bits of skin next to my nail bed without paying extra for a manicure. Not perfect but pretty good, will come back.

I got dip powder french and the french tip on my left hand was thicker/wider than the right. I explained exactly what I wanted and each time I said something to the guy that was doing it, he said something in Vietnamese right after to the other lady. I thought that was rude. Then, he got up and didnt say anything just immediately took the next customer whilst I sat there. Wont be going back there.

DON'T EVER GO HERE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! SUPER DISHONEST, BOTCH JOB AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Serving several customers at the same time and takes 2 hours to get sns nails as they jump from customer to customer. Botch job on nails that they refuse to fix without extra cost. Look at all the other 1 star reviews! Dishonest, no customer service whatsoever. I should have read and follow the 1 star reviews myself, lesson learned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I regularly come to this place. Usually it is very good (quality) and they work quite fast. Customer service is not very good but it wasn’t important until this moment.Unfortunately, last time I had my nails done (right before Christmas) they went crazy accumulating people inside and outside, telling everyone they did have time when they didn’t and as a result, my nail polish is falling off one week after I got it done.Now that I’m waiting outside to get them fixed, they just got three people in and when I complained I was told they had an appointment. I went directly to the customers and asked them. They said they didn’t have an appointment.So I decided to leave this review as I’m not only mad, but very disappointed. I come here all the time and it is very inconsiderate.When you arrive they immediately ask you to get a seat and as soon as you tell them they need to fix something they didn’t do right, they treat you like s*#% and avoid to attend you.I’m leaving some pictures of my nails as proof of the terrible state because the fast work result.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. As they opened recently, I thought I would try them out. I noticed immediately a much better, personalised and friendly service than other salons in the area. The service was performed with precision, not rushed and gentle. Jon, the manager did amazing nail art on me And even suggested different designs. I did not leave disappointed. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Balgowlah area who visits Stockland a lot, a very nice vibe.

This place was great got this amazing nail design by one of the techs and it’s such a nice clean job I am so happy with them and have gotten so many compliments on them as well. Really reasonably price and great customer service definitely making this my regulars place :)

If you look at recent previous ratings you will notice a pattern, 1 star! I went here at the end of last year and had acrylics done by a lovely man who was very friendly ! But I went in today and he has left and i wanted a pedicure! My first time, and I won’t be doing it again unfortunately, the lady hardly even spoke one word to me, scratched my leg leaving a red scratch mark I can still see hours later! And filed my skin on my toe which hurt more! Even after that as I was paying I said thank you, and she completely ignored me! I will never return to this salon, you’ve lost a good customer, please make customers more comfortable in your salon in the future, ultimately just be kind.

Love my nails! Amazing range of colours to choose from. Friendly staff with high attention to detail and clean work stations. Highly recommend 4ever nails
