Had the most dreadful experience and ended up walking out of the store! Went in for my foot treatment and was asked what I would like done. I said that I would like my feet attended - Ben, who was utterly rude and arrogant, asked me if I wanted my nails cut - I said, of course, I am here for a foot treatment and that normally someone would look at my feet and just do what was necessary. That is their job after all. But Ben, said, well, people like different things done! How hard it is to get a professional treatment on your feet?? I also mentioned at the start that I had brought in my insoles for them to look at, as mentioned by Foot Solutions in their text to me, but Ben said that he would look at them if he had time!' When I mentioned this to management they were only concerned about whether I had bought my insoles with them

Staffs were friendly and so was the podiatrist, attentive and supportive. He provided me with some tips for my foot solutions, overall very satisfied and next time will bring my family as well.

Our family have been coming to Foot Solutions for many years. The podiatrists have been competent and patient to explain things even to our children about their orthotics and how to strengthen their feet with exercises. The service has also been great from the admin staff, especially Jenny, who has been so helpful and competent in advising us about what shoes will suit us from their in-store range. Very convenient one-stop shop for our feet.

Foot Solutions Ashburton is a great place to go for your podiatary needs. I have been going to this branch for a few years even though it not local for me. The podiatrists take great care in what they do and listen to all your needs. Customer service is exceptional and the range of shoes on offer is great. Would definitely recommend!
