5 stars for the great work. Came to my resort apartment..identified l needed a new pump, best option to purchase new washing machine. That afternoon new washer installed. Old one taken away...guests happy...owner happy.Thanks Caroline and Ian.

I have found this company great, they are reliable and courteous and they have experienced technicians. They try to work with the public even though it must be trying sometimes to fit all jobs in around people.Will I just read your review and you are very unreasonable.

The appliance technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed problem with dryer. He let us know that dryer needed a new part and he could order one. Happy with service. Will use Mossman appliance again.

MAS provide excellent customer service from their friendly experienced team. Even though they are an extremely busy business they have happily given their time with various appliance warranty claims, and air conditioning issues, over the past few years. Their service team are also very experienced and reliable. Caroline, and the team, have always gone above and beyond to strive for the best outcome. We are fortunate to have such a professional local air conditioning and warranty service business. Highly recommend!

MAS as usual were on time, and with the installation of our new oven were quick and efficient. Even to the extent of putting all the racks etc in the oven. Also took away the old oven for a small charge. Thanks again, a great local service.
