Rude. So rude. I first walked in and instead of being greeted with even a simple hello, it was next". I needed a small engraving job and the older lady acted as though it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. She abruptly said "first week of October". This was mid-September. I said that was fine and left my details. I was never contacted

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! I ordered 2 sets of trophies and a few medals. One of the sets of trophies was completely wrong and 3 our of the 17 medals were engraved with details of a cooking competition. These were meant for netball kids.The service started of fine but when I went in, the engraved plates couldn’t be found. I had to wait around 45 minutes plus for their staff member to arrive (late by the way) so he could show where the plates were.I would never ever ever go back. Ever.

You should ask several times about the timeline to get your trophies engraved, because they may say they can do it, then tell you they cannot. Then apparently, it's not their fault at all.

Thank you Jill & Barb for really helping me organise our corporate awards. I called through on a Monday & come Thursday afternoon all my awards (17) were ready. I did try and call to other places and they were not able to meet the deadline I had. They answered the phone every time I rang and reassured me of progress as well as really delivered.
