Had my reservations about this but I have severe copd and taking musinex practically daily havnt needed it since I've been using the device took about 3 days before I noticed cant lift the ball bearing but it still works well worth using

I dont usually put bad reviews but here we are.Bought three of AirPhysio, for three of us. Had high hopes, tried it for a full two hours but no phlegm came out. Other two saw the outcome and haven't opened their AirPhysio. It is also just plastic and a ball bearing, was a bit disappointed.I emailed airphysio and got some instructions so thought i will give it another go, tried it for over a month on and off. But still it was still not good. So i emailed them again and they said it has been over 30days so i can't return it, even asked if i could return the two unopened units but the refused.I found if i clear my throat naturally i had the same effect. Huge waste of moneyDefinitely fake reviews from others.

Great device, it helped me with my chest congestion and helped me to breath easier.

I purchased this product recently because I have a myriad of problems with my lungs and am permanently on antibiotics and a nebuliser. I thought I would give AirPhysio a go and it certainly does help with loosening the mucus from my lungs before I go on my nebuliser. Don't laugh, give it a go if you have problems with clearing your lungs.

It just arrived in Pennsylvania (9/14/2020) in great shape! Videos giving directions for use most helpful. I will use it right away.BUT is there a video to tell me how to clean and maintain the unit? Thanks from a grateful customer near the “City of Brotherly Love”! —Rob/Roy

I am very surprised at how well it works for me...with chronic bronchitis... I wonder why it wouldn’t be in demand for persons with a chest cold ???

This is an amazing device. I have used it for a week now. This is my personal experience. The first time, I did about 4 inhale/exhale, since it was the first time I thought that is enough for now. Nothing happened right away but about 10-15 minutes later I felt a glob of mucus at the base of my throat, I did the huff cough and it came up....greyish dirty green (sorry for the graphic description!). I was happy because a) it was no longer in my lungs and bronchials and b) I suddenly knew why I was felling so tight chested, I had a bit of a chest infection. Anyway, I used the device all week, same thing, not doing many inhale/exhales but each time bringing up a glob of mucus especially first thing in the morning. But what was even better was the colour went to a light yellow to now hardly any yellow and I haven't even had the chance to get to the doctor yet. My chest feels like it is burning a bit as I can now actually feel"the inflammation in my airways

I had my doubts about this but I thought I’d give it shot anyway - I can honestly say it does work. It helped with my sinus infection and I feel like it has improved my lung quality overall.

I bought the Air Phsio and when it arrived it was cracked. I have no idea where to return the product. Since then I have opened the box and there are a bunch of new cracks and I have not even got to use it. Very poorly desined.
