The Fridge Guy

I actually haven’t had any work done by The Fridge Guy, only spoke over the phone. He was so helpful that I may not even need someone out to fix the problem, at least not urgently.Anyone that is so open to giving advice at the risk of doing themselves out of a buck deserves five stars. Thank you, and I’ll get you out to fix the fan in my fridge soon.

I could not recommend Tony enough. He was prompt in his arrival on the two occasions he visited our home, and was upfront, honest and pleasant in helping us with our problem. You gotta love someone that can adequately explain the basic infrastructure of a fridge to plebs like us, and describe the minimum and maximum of what it needs to temper our worries and expectations. The call out fee was factored into the total that included labour + parts, which was well worth it for the relief Tony's work gave us (no more incessant, high-pitched squealing!) and the positive impression his character left on us. Very nice, down to earth guy who is good at his job, highly recommended!

Absolutely excellent service. Punctual, fast, affordable and friendly. Tony obviously has a great deal of knowledge and experience and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and give me some options for resolving it. Very happy customer.

Very dissapointed with the experience. They very helpful on the phone and gave us advice about turning the fridge off to make sure the fan was not stuck in ice. However, after someone came out to look at the fridge and told us it was the control board we have not heard from them since. This was in November! They said the part needed to be ordered and it would take a while. Well I have called twice to check and have been told someone will call me back but that has not happened. So I ordered a control panel from an online dealer and it arrived in 3 days. This did not fix the issues with the fridge but it was a last ditch attempt. It feels as though they just wanted the $99 call out fee and that's it. So needless to say it has been a very dissapointing experience .

Tony is a delight! He came out within the hour to assess our fridge that stopped cooling. Diagnosed the issue quickly and got our fridge back up and working while we wait for a replacement part. Thank you for your friendly and professional disposition, Tony.

Highly recommend them. Tony knew the cause of the issue straightaway. That indicate that they are very experienced in this field. He also gave us some tips and advises. There was no fault on the fridge component so we only pay for call out fee.

We had tried to contact our fridge freezer manufacturer directly as it is only just over 2 years old but could not get through so yesterday, we rang the Fridge Guy and Tony was able to attend today to fix it. When we rang, he did an assessment over the phone to let us know possible costs and then performed full assessment on arrival. He not only clearly explained the issue, he also gave us tips on best practice for setting temperature and usage. He was really helpful, friendly and easy to deal with, I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
