I called in without an appointment, thinking that the AC was not working. Chris was very responsive and straight on to the job and request I leave the car for a couple of hours. A short time later I get called back, not an AC problem but a heater flap jammed open problem, an area Chris doesn't work on. Thanking Chris for the diagnosis and offering to pay for his services, Chris would not accept a payment, thank you for your prompt service even though you were busy. (The heating problem has now been rectified)

Quick repair, easy to deal with, affordable and consummate professionals. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Geelong for automotive cooling and heating repairs.Don't listen to the one or two naysayers in other reviews both of which are because they didn't answer the phone at exactly the right moment/fast enough - ridiculous reviews - these guys are pros and if they are busy fixing cars because that is their job, and they are highly focused on doing it very well - then as far as I am concerned - that's a better outcome overall for a customer.

Great service. We had our Airconditioner on our 2013 Amarok repaired today before we return to Queensland. They replaced the compressor and were very helpful and very reasonably priced.

Chris looked at the air conditioner in my Volkswagen Passat after we were told by another mechanic that it would need a whole new compressor, costing us just under $2,000. As soon as Chris looked at it he knew it wasn’t the compressor itself, but a smaller part inside of it. He seen that I had 2 small children in the car and asked if we had a spare 3 hours for him to complete the job then and there. Not only did he complete it in less then 3 hours, he charged us well under half of the amount that the previous mechanic had quoted us. I honestly cannot recommend Chris and his business highly enough! A+++ service!

I went past today to get my aircon looked at as it had stopped working. The gentleman in the garage offered to have a quick look on the spot to see if anything was obviously wrong. After checking they told me what they thought the issue was and gave a good quote. They were surprised I had an issue given the make and model of the car and said it looked fairly knew. When I said it was only 5 years old they suggested I check if it was still under warranty first before booking in with them. Turns out it was! If they hadn’t asked and advised me to do so I would have been out of pocket $500-$1000. I am so impressed by their honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Amazing service and easy to talk to guys. Sorted my AC issue and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
