I'm a frequent customer at the salon, Mimi is very professional and kind. The salon is clean and has friendly staff. I love the massage chairs, foot scrub and the overall experience is relaxing!

One of the best place in the neighbourhood to get nails done. I always get SNS and I am happy with the service and quality of the work. The owner really wants to make sure the clients are happy with the colour... even if that means to remove it and do it again until it's right!

So lovely, well priced and amazing quality. Very kindly squeezed us in last minute before they closed. Will be coming back, thank you so much!

Theyre cute but not gonna lie but theyre a bit lumped on the side. These ladies were super nice and friendly they didnt cut our finders once and were super quick. I got sns without tips which was $40 pretty standard. Overall honestly good vibes

Filthy, but friendly. :)The place needs a really good clean. It's so dusty ans sticky. The tools which were used for my feet were taken out of some random box. The staff was friendly and she did an ok job. I paid $35 for a normal pedicure and I got only one coat of colour. Normally I get a little massage with the pedicure, but not here. The massage chair was working, which was a plus. Ha.

Under New Management since May 2019.I am a regular here for the past three years since Maggie to Cindy, and now Mimi.You can definitely see a difference in customer service. Mimi is experienced and welcoming and will always try to ask how your day has been. I have seen her inviting some customers to help themselves to tea at the back as well.I hope everyone else who had a bad experience with Cindy will come back and give Mimi a try.I absolutely love my nails since Mimi took over. She usually lets me test out two colors that I am indecisive about without charging me extra and I have seen her call to reschedule when she anticipates that she will not finish in time, instead of telling customers to wait for five minutes but end up taking 20 minutes.My last two visits, Mimi segwayed her other customer's conversation to me who I found out was in the same work sector as me.As you can see, I've been coming to this salon for a while but have never put up a review for Mags (she was also good) or Cindy until now.

Loveliest people - super accomodating and willing to go with whatever I wanted, even if I didn’t know exactly what that was.

Such incredible staff who all have a great eye for detail and I always walk out so happy with my fresh set! Highly recommend

I have been to many nail salons and Pandora is my favourite! I always go there! They really listen to what you want and every nail tech I have had has been so kind and friendly!! Also love that there’s a tv :)
