Absolutely disgusting. Bought a Kasabubble pool cover from them as it was advertised as the latest technology etc, they had a long description on their EBay site on just how good it was. It was only a matter of about 8 months when it was deteriorating fast when I contacted seller. I sent a sample and photo of the pool cover, as they suggested that I could send the whole pool cover back to them at my expense and they would have it tested. Lucky I didn't. No reply to my registered mail. All contact that was made after that was by myself. And the same as other reviews. Rude arrogant threatening. Told they would do nothing about it and go to whoever I like to complain. Unbelievable to think they are still doing business.

Zoran is hopeless, do not deal with this business!!!, apparently renowned for poor after sales service also trading on ebay as kasapro and kasaoz and kazaking and kazafactory and aussiehome and factory0-11 and probably more, STAY AWAY!! pump I purchased only worked for 3 months and failed. His 12 month warranty is worthless, took me 6 months of multiple phone calls and text messages to get a replacement part only for it to be incorrect and when politely asking for the correct part he told me to go away and contact consumer affairs if I wanted. He wouldn't help me..Never had such bad service anywhere before, shocking!! Can only assume his business must be a front for some other purpose??

(Zero star rating.) So I buy a pump in March 2020, it dies in July 2020. The contact phone number is a message service. They do not ring back, they do not answer messages through EBay. The 12months warranty is worthless. AVOID.

Ordered an 85cm exercise ball on eBay and they sent me a 65cm ball (if I wanted a 65cm ball I would have just gone to Kmart). To add to it it took 3 weeks to get here for something that should have taken 3 days! Now they are asking me to send it back at my own cost, to get a refund! Don’t buy from them, incompetent, no service and not trustworthy

I purchased an auto switching water pump of them on ebay.The pump worked fine for two days then the auto switch failed. I sent a message on ebay to the seller and they said to return the faulty goods which I did. After about a week I sent another message and was informed that they didn't have my unit. Parcel post showed the item as delivered. Every time I contacted them I was told 'not sure have to look into and get back to you'. not once did they contact me without prompting.After a full month had gone by I had to resort to threatening to take the matter further before anything happened. They did send me a replacement unit but obviously didn't look at the original until one month after delivery. However the replacement unit they sent me has a cracked housing and leaks like a sieve, I sent another email and photos of the second faulty unit and eventualy got a response. I returned the unit and have heard nothing since. It is now mid January and I still don't have the item! All in all it has been the most unsatisfactory online purchase experience that I have had. They have been unprofessional, unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. Give these guys a miss.

Awful experience - no after sales service - name calling and very poor quality merchandise.Purchased lights on Ebay only to find that were a very poor copy of those sold at Bunnings and Masters for half the price.They did not work .Returned them for a refund, which we received. But contrary to policy we did not receive the cost of return postage.When calling the number given by Pump factory we were sworn at and hung up on - just great.By the way they even gave Australia Post the run around for the return delivery for over two weeks and kept telling us they were not returned.We will never deal with them for any reason!They should be thoroughly investigated and definitely not allowed to trade on Ebay.Suggest all hose affected contact Ebay and advise them.

I bought a black sink from them through ebay but it came with cracks so returned the item. I got a proof of the delivered item by Australian Post. However they never returned my calls neither replying my email. I can see that I am not the only one who got ripped off. I think we all should report this company as an online shopping fraud.

Same experience as PK..... (Zero star rating.) So I bought a pump in Sept. 2020, had it installed by a plumber May 2021, the auto shutdown doesn't work. The contact phone number is a message service. They did call back but offered no help and suggested it was our fault in installing it. AVOID.

DISGUSTING. Bought a rain water pump through EBAY in April and within a few weeks it had rusted internally, pumping dirty water through my washing machine and toilets. Requested a return on EBAY, which they approved so returned it at our expense but NO refund. Tried going through EBAY for a refund which was no help at all. Have phoned these people a few times and the guy that deals with EBAY is never there to speak to and was told they didn't have time to deal with me so go through EBAY. We currently have NO pump, NO refund plus out of pocket for the return. How does EBAY think this is OK? How do people like these sleep at night, ripping others off? Not sure what the next step is but not letting it lie! Only put one star because there is no option for any less!
