I received my AB-2 Adjustable bench just before X-mas. This thing is so good ! way better than I expected. To say its solid, heavy and over engineered would be an understatement. It was delivered ready to roll - no assembly required - Awesome.

Can not be more disappointed with there customer service. Their products are good but their systems are not. My purchase order has been rejected for security reasons. First time ever for such reason. They can not justify over the phone for what reason the rejection keeping in mind I did the purchase using local debit card. Will not deal with this people again.

Bought Rogue-branded shorts as part of a larger order. They appeared to be reasonable quality at first, but after 9 months, some stitching is unravelling and they look like rubbish. Rogue Australia decline to warrant beyond 90 days, probably in breach of australian consumer laws.

Ordered Concept 2 Rower but is still yet to arrive. Shown as still in Sydney for a week now - hasn't moved. I get that Covid is causing delays and messing up timelines and that is beyond anyone's control. But the exceptionally rude customer service staff who seem to enjoy treating people like non compliant cattle doesn't help. Edit - item eventually turned up so amended to 3 stars

VERY happy customer.Bought a Rhino Monster Belt Squat - pricey piece of kit, but a great addition to our gym.We had a couple of problems with the pulley/shaft mechanism breaking in the first couple weeks of using it - we contacted Rogue for support and they were on it immediately, sending out replacement parts and explaining how to fix the problem and prevent it in future.The product itself is excellent, and just as importantly the product support was fantastic. Very confident to purchase from them again!
