Been swimming here for a while. The pool and shower temperature is too hot. They have warnings in the showers saying that the water is ‘running hot’ but they don’t change it. Swimming in the pool is unbearable, especially when you’re swimming for a long time. They remove up to 3 out of the 6 lanes for the Aqua classes, leaving barely any room for swimmers. The men’s showers have cubicles but no doors.

A lot of improvement needed/the place seems to be neglected and there are some weird rules in respect of attendees(20 attendees or more for an additional lane to be provided for the AQUA class) The only merit point regarding this Centre is GINA at the front Reception Desk) who is always willing to assist with a smile/Furthermore the staff do not seem to police the strict requirements regarding hygiene because a large number of people do not wash themselves prior to entering the pool/A Terrible NO NO but then who cares

This is a great place, pool crystal clear, staff are lovely and always are helpful and polite. I cannot fault anything about this place and will continue to go to my aqua classes every week.

Enough parking space and good library and food shop however, wouldn't recommend it for swimming. Just come if you want a lesson waste of time. So space to swim. Most of the pool is occupied by leaners and private bookings. You'll just get two lanes to swim. Too many rules and waste of time. Better go noble park aquatic centre, heaps of parking spaces available and very good staff there.

kids area is good, suitable for my 2 year old, except the big water buckets which dump a big load of water without warning - they should not be there i think. the water temperature is too warm for a hot day like today (34). feels like i just had a warm bath. also, the spa should be included in the standard price

Worse management team in the Monash Community. I swim for 10 minutes, because of cold brown in the swimming pool. They asked me to leave and wait for 1hours to clean up. I spend my money for 10minutes fun. How is the brilliant way to make money.

I find this pool great to swim at. It’s not too busy most the time, the facilities are clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only frustrating thing is if you go to swim laps, the lanes are rarely monitored. I have had several swims now where people who are learning to swim (things like duck diving) or people who should be in the slow lane have all been in the fast lane. The last swim there was someone using a kickboard and only kicking until they hit the 5m flags then going back. It can get a little frustrating.
