Dr Richard is a fantastic dentist! He is careful and gentle in his procedures and shows a lot of care for my concerns. Other than doing a fantastic job in his practice, he is very considerate and works very patiently according to my time/budget. He is very thorough in what he does and communicates very clearly what he is doing. I highly recommend Dr Richard.

Frankly my teeth have never felt better. Procedures were explained and carried out with surprisingly little pain and for the first time in my life I understand the importance of flossing everyday. Professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

The team at Surrey Hills Dental Centre are fantastic. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave. Very clean and modern clinic, easy off street parking and very relaxing environment. Dr Richard Chan was very thorough as was the friendliness and professionalism of Zenia and Debbie. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed =D

How do you review a trip to the Dentist?.Is the equipment modern and up to date?.Does the Dentist know how to use it?.Are the staff pleasant and friendly?Well, all the boxes are ticked here.Richard Chan certainly knows how to use the gear.(I didn't even fee the needle) and his office staff are great and make you feel right at home.Recommended.

I have been seeing Dr Richard for a numbers of years now and have always been treated with friendliness and great care. Every step that Dr Richard does is explained to me which always puts me at ease. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. Lisa is equally lovely and caring and Debbie at the desk always greets you with a smile and courtesy.Can thoroughly recommend this practice....

Great little dentist, the layout of the building is like a house with what feels like old bedrooms and a main living area. The staff are friendly and gentle with the procedures. There is also a carpark with approx 10 spots (entrance off Mont Albert Rd). Plus each time I go I get a showbag, and I guess the chair goes up and down so it’s kind of like a ride, you might feel like you’ve gone to the Melbourne Show instead of the dentist!
