Have been trying to apply for a certificate course through the tafe and all they have had me do is run me around in circles saying that they haven’t received some documents from me that I have sent to them three times. Was contacted a little later than expected about the course application and was not happy to hear that they haven’t received any of the three emails from me. Do not recommend applying through the website. Just go into the campus you want to study at and apply there.

To the rude late night security gaurd who thinks he's a police officer, approaching us in a carpark with confrontation rather than being informative. Just want to remind you that you're beyond a middle-aged man now and as far as you've made it in life is being a security guard. You're behaviour explains where you are now in life

Finding studying here online not very supportive. I study at random times so email my teachers a list of questions and they seem to never respond. I have studied through RTO's who have online chat systems and respond within 24 hours. You wont get the same support here.

Teacher of Cert II in Electro-Technology was completely useless. Made us feel stupid and unreasonable for reaching out for help and asking questions. About 6 of us students (mostly mature age students) nearly walked out of this course as we were not being taught anything. The only reason we stayed was because it would have been our money we wasted on this (which already felt wasted just by turning up every day).I won't be returning to this facility for an 'education' again and will move interstate if I have to further my studies in the future.

Its a good place. Needs more funding. People are good. It's for the trades. The fellow students were fun and helpful and I did learn something.
