It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Citi-con. The apartment complex they built, and my apartment in particular has so many defects and issues that I don't know where to start. One of the worst issues is that we have water leaking into our bedroom walk in wardrobe from the exterior of the building - which we have been trying unsuccessfully to get Citi-con to fix for over a year. We have disgusting toxic mould growing all over the carpet metres from where we sleep that we can do NOTHING about, and which is seriously affecting my breathing and health. I will never again purchase a property built by Citi-con, nor would I ever recommend anyone else does. I actually thought the 'con' in Citi-con was short for construction, silly me.

I bought an apartment and have had nothing but issues with it. Citi-con are not responding to my contact about the defects which includes issues with the balcony, waterproofing and sealing. I now have extensive water damage in my apartment.please stay clear of this company !!!

Much like the other reviews, we are experiencing water leaks. Our apartment was settled in December 2018 and we are still waiting for 70+ defects to be fixed. The biggest being a leaking door into what should be our babies room. We’re 6 weeks off having our baby and still no closer to knowing when the leak will be fixed and the mouldy carpet replaced.In addition to the defects, majority of our fittings and fixtures as described in our contract have been substituted with inferior products. It’s be a complete nightmare and I would never buy an apartment from this builder ever again, I would recommend exercising extreme caution.

Appalling quality of construction. Huge water leakage issues, really poor quality of build with many issues. Even the Director was impossible to get ahold of to rectify issues with a huge patch cut out of the wall to rectify water ingress- it staid like this for 6 months. Horrible company to deal with, don't buy anything from them.

As all other reviews have said, we are also experiencing water leaks throughout the entire building. Multiple apartments have had waterproof membrane defects on the balcony, shower recess leaks, the lift shaft has leaked, the basement has flooded which caused the car stacker to malfunction. Ivan is impossible to reach, I have no idea how he expects to continue his company. Dean is a poor excuse for a foreman and should be ashamed of himself and his quality of workmanship and communication.Please steer clear from this company. Invest your hard earned money into people who take pride in owning a business and producing quality work.

The only 2 5-star reviews are from Sanura Kuruwita, the contract administrator at Citi-Con and Nemanja Krneta, a building surveyor linked to this company. Do not trust those reviews as they are obviously biased in favour of Citi-Con.I would rather direct my inquiries to a wall than make any further attempts at contacting this company. The outcome would be the same, and maybe it would save me the frustration and shock from this company's blatant disrespect for its clients. This company will not help you rectify even major health hazards, let alone any other problems you may have. As an investor, I will never again purchase property from real estate agents who use this developer and I encourage other investors and home-buyers to act likewise for sake of your sanity. I also use this review to WARN agents in avoiding this developer to keep your reputation intact.A true Citi-CON

First of all if the two 5 star review are from employees. If you are going to try and put your stars up don't post internal office photos in your review that only an employee would be able to take. Rude and unhelpful customer service that only send out generic letters from the Director" when a issue is bought to there attention."
