Just had our kitchen completed by Direct Kitchens. Amazing customer service and workmanship. All the tradesmen were very polite and cleaned up every day. Everything flowed well and issues were quickly rectified with no hesitations. Highly recommended

We liked our kitchen so much we got our laundry done too. Our small space was transformed into a very practical and visually pleasing space. Direct Kitchens communication was excellent and the job stuck to the timeline.

I accepted a quote from DK because they advertised it would be done before Christmas, and because their sales rep/planner was very efficient and made good suggestions. Unfortunately she was the only person from the company I would use again. There were a number of mistakes made by their contractors and I had to chase the company repeatedly to try to have things rectified. On the day before they were to close for Christmas they told me that they had followed up on the remaining issues I had and the kitchen was ready to paint and the tiler had finished the trim. I did not see the kitchen until after they stopped for Christmas but the plasterer had not left the place ready for painting nor had the tiler applied trim to the tile/wood floor interface. They had however left plenty of mess. The plasterwork was particularly sloppy. Three weeks later on their return to work I contacted them about this and they agreed to have this fixed but not for a few more weeks at the end of January/ early Feb. After several ignored messages the job was finally finished on the 08/02 and a request for their final payment came soon after that. I have to wonder if they would have bothered completing the work if they had not realised I had withheld their final payment. If, like me, you hate having to harass people to do their work, don’t use Direct Kitchens.

Direct Kitchens have provided us with an amazing new kitchen beyond our expectations. From the showroom to the design to the trades they have been easy to deal with. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would look to use them again for bathroom renovations down the track

Direct Kitchens recently designed and installed our brand-new kitchen. They were professional and communicative throughout and we're very happy with the result. You pay a premium but they project manage and organise everything for you. Tradespeople turn up and the work gets done on time. Would recommend.
