Cooloola Waters Retirement Village
Probably the most affordable water front living in the country. Low fees amazing grounds. Two pools including an indoor heated and billiard room. Walk to the shops, doctor and sand. Next door to the ambulance.

Empty feeling. Visited three days and saw two moving people . Extortionate exit fees. Spoke with a resident who felt trapped as he didn't want to pay the huge fees.
