Company text you to book a time (very convenient). The guy that came was well presented. Lovely guy. Very friendly and accommodating. He was quick, did everything he needed to, warned me when the noise was coming (extra appreciated with a pet), on time, and just all round lovely. 10/10.

Booked in a time that they cancelled the following day. Was told they didn't cancel it, I did. Then asked me if I had the correct company and told them I called the number provided in the cancellation email. They insisted I cancelled it and now I need to rebook. Seems like their call centre is outsourced which would explain the terrible customer service.

The guy that did the work was great. Back end scheduling staff are shocking. I’m honestly surprised they even came today after nearly a month of them saying they’d come and not coming.

Customer service is shocking. The automatic text service is terrible. Was never able to lock in the day that I worked from home. The person on the phone didn't understand what I was saying. There was a dog barking loudly in the background. The service guy was great but wouldn't recommend this company based on the booking side of things.
