Have taken Vapiano up on the birthday deals and a few other vouchers before. A beautifully designed open planned restaurant. Really nice service, music and atmosphere. You can get good value here if you take advantage of the offers and deals.

Calzone was overcooked but it still tasted OK. Any darker and I would have sent it back. Speedy service but mostly empty.

From the moment we walked the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The service was fantastic and the food WOW everything we ordered was to perfection. The carbonara was exceptional the best we had ever had. Came back the next day with a friend and the service was even better! We will definitely become regulars. Thank you!!!

Attended vapiano Toowoomba to celebrate my sisters 16th. We had the whole family. Everything was great! Thanks so much for having us! Food was awesome service was outstanding.Many thanks for making her night special

The food was okay but the service was shocking. My partner and I visited for our anniversary dinner. And the minute we walked in we were ignored by staff at the front counter, who actively avoided eye contact while we stood waiting to be seated. The restaurant wasn't even busy and there were plefty of open tables with no reserved signs. Eventually someone came over to seat us. We were seated and then told to use a QR code to order and pay. Which is fine, but super impersonal. A tip was requested every time we ordered which obviously why would we tip when we weren't getting any service? Food took around 20 minutes to come out and as previously mentioned was OK at best. But nothing special. No one came to collect the dirty dishes as we finished our entrees and drinks, so we just had to push them to the side so we could eat our mains. I'm not sure if this is an every day occurrence as this was the first time I had ever dined in at a Vapianos restaurant, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going here.

Beautiful décor, wonderful location unfortunately those are the only positives.Lets start with the drinks that took 20 minutes plus to come out even though it was 5pm. We were one of the only tables there and it lacked punctuality. We were then told to order more drinks and our meals online to make it more convenient. To then find out that that cost extra to do so. Thanks to an online service fee on all transactions. An absolute joke.On to the pizza which was ordered to have extra cheese and when it arrived to the table I found myself checking the order thinking that I had mistakenly ordered no cheese. I do feel sorry for anyone who orders a pizza from here with out adding extra cheese as you will be bitterly disappointed. For an $18 pizza I expected the ham to taste delicious as well but instead was left wanting as all I could taste was the sauce, which unfortunately was the best part of the pizza as the base was flavourless and dry.The second meal was Pollo Amatriciana in the GF make your own and the zoodles were undercooked, this was disappointing. I asked for more chicken and mushrooms which I was grateful for as the person I was sitting next to, also ordered and hers was scarce. It was ok but I wouldn't order it again. Actually to be honest, I don't think I'd ever eat at there again .

It’s my second time to dine here. I had Carbonara before and this time I ate Alfredo and it tastes really good. Love it! I also wanted to add that Joel, the chef was really nice and friendly. He made sure that we are enjoying the food. Excellent service!

Our kids had a fantastic time at the Kids Pizza making class. Joel and the team were so cheerful and encouraging, ensuring all kids had a blast, leaving confident and proud of their efforts. Thanks for sharing your skills and enthusiasm!
