The piercing itself was fine, but literally all my piercings got infected, all 4. Now that's my bad for not actually checking the reviews but that's why I'm here now. Not only did all my piercings get infected, but I've had them drop components to replacement piercings, mutliple times. They're kind people, but not good piercing people

Excellent experience!! My daughters had their ears pierced on the same day and the Cosmetics Plus girls were very thorough. They spent time making sure both ears were evenly placed and made the whole process nice and easy (especially for my younger child who was desperate for earrings but a little nervous). Clean and sterile piercing room. Would definitely recommend!!

I got both my eyebrows and nose pierced a couple weeks ago. All three piercings are healing beautifully. The girls who pierced me did an amazing job! All my piercings are perfectly placed and symmetrical. I have had 10 facial piercings total in my life and the 3 done at Cosmetics Plus Robina were the best piercing experiences so far! Thank you guys ❤️

I took my 2 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at Cosmetics Plus. They were amazing. So gentle and thorough - and quick. Loved that she had both ears done at the same time so it was over and done with. Little bit of a cry, then she looked in the mirror and stopped. Her earrings are really well placed and they clearly explained after care too.

What a great little place! I’ve got 2 piercings in the last week from the girls at cosmetics plus and I think i’m hooked on this place. They’re very sterile and professional while also being reasonably priced. The lady who I assume is manager is extremely lively and so kind. And to the young girl still training I could sense your nerves but you’re doing an amazing job! Keep it up❤️

My 4 year old daughter’s ears were pierced today by Jordan and Ellie! The ladies were so wonderful, caring and friendly. My daughter did not cry she just said “ouch that hurt!”. I rewarded her with a lollipop. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care to my daughter. I highly recommend

I took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced and had the best experience from the moment we walked in. The staff are so friendly and funny! They comforted my little girl and also me knowing that it can be a tough experience for both of us. Did both ears at the same time and she didn’t even cry! So so happy with the service we received and management should be very proud of the staff that work there. Thank you ❤️

Very happy with my recent visit here on Saturday to have my daughters ears pierced on her birthday . The staff were friendly, engaging and professional. The room where they do the piercing is sterile and cleAn. Well done girls keep up the great work.

I've had over 10 piercings from here over the years and never had a problem! staff are always lovely and do a great job with the piercings, not to mention their prices and deals are the best. I definitely recommend them
