Had booked a 4:30 appointment with Dee.Upon arrival was informed she no longer works there and someone else would be cutting my hair.I patiently waited for 20 mins before walking out the door with no apologies and not a care in the world from anyone to be honest.A 10 second phone call is all it would have taken them for me to avoid wasting half an hour of my life.Incredibly rude!!!Bring back Dee!

Nice people, beautiful salon, a wash would have been nice but I think I had a Barber cut so less frills for my $50

I’ve visited Priscilla’s a few times, for hair cuts, hair styles and hair colouring and have loved the service and result every time! Worth every cent! And to top it off the staff are so lovely and professional and the salon is beautiful!

I have been a regular here for a few years now. I booked a haircut 3 weeks ago with my usual hairdresser and arrived to realise I recognised no one. After being asked if I come here often" I was told the ownership had changed and none of the old staff were working there currently. Thanks for the heads up....The new girl cutting my hair didn't check my hair or ask me what I wanted done before my hair was washed and asked me pretty rudely what I wanted while it was already wet and had been washed by someone else. I told her it was a shame she didn't see my hair dry so I could explain so probably safest to do a trim only. She maybe took 2cm off

I first visited Priscilla's in November when they first opened and they have become my go-to salon! I always walk out feeling like a superstar! The girls are so polite and kind! I have had both Jade and Priscilla and they are both top tier hair stylists! I always have a wonderful experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My son and I walked off the street and made a booking on the spot. The staff were friendly, professional and overall we received a 1st class hair cut at No Loose Ends & Co. Black Rock. I especially liked the hairwash and head massage, I felt refreshed and invigorated to face the day ahead. Well done team!

Great Hair cut, such a pleasure to have someone who knows how to cut curly hair. Just a shame they didn't have a diffuser to go on the hair dryer as curly hair doesn't like it at all.....

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!I just had the best experience ever! The Priscilla's staff are super friendly, polite and professional.  I had my hair colored and cut by Jade  and I've never been happier, totally amazing I walked out feeling like a new woman my hair is the best it has ever been.
