We love the area; it's great to see a large new development west side. Friendly, helpful staffs.

Nice area, parking is hard, the houses are small but nice. Close to Westfield, transport and playgrounds though.

Houses look amazing, but cheaply built as alot of new homes are these days. The designs are great, but not impressed with the quality. I know there have been many complaints. Lift your game guys.

I have now lived in this new development for 4 years and yes street parking is a problem, you wouldnt want your friends to come over as there is no street parking for them. The sales people should have a duty of care to explain the parking issues and so should people who intend to live here as many are down sizing and guess what they park their cars on the street. You down sized... now clear out your garages and use it for your garages and not storage. Then maybe the developers would have gotten their stats correct allowing a household to only have 1.5 cars how they came to this Ill never know. Yes the builds were of good design but built cheaply so make sure you are watching your builder every step of the way. In all I like the area close to everything and when Charles Street is finished it'll be even better. Lets hope when they close Brebner Drv and open Troubridge it wont be a traffic hazard for local people living here."
