First time we have never received receipts for Rent paid each fortnight with an Estate Agent. Rented for 12 months with them. Not good business practice. Rental receipts should be an automated in the system and renters should receive them each fortnight. Staff are friendly and help when they can. We have never had any problems receiving Bonds back at any other Estate Agent. Owner of our Rental in Port agreed to give Bond back, even though Estate Agent told us there was a few minor issues. Was not told what the issues were. Some owners seem to want the place looking like Buckingham Palace when you leave !!One other thing....Why are Estate Agents allowed to show old photos from years back of Rentals they list ? It should be mandatory to go and take up to date photos of what the property looks like when they relist it. Obviously there is a loop hole with this, but personally I call it false advertising !! If I was selling my car, I wouldn't look for some old photos from 10 years ago and post them.Written without prejudice.

We used this agency when we went to sell our property. We were on a pretty short time frame and the price we were told it would fetch sounded very good. We never sold our property and we now know that what they quoted as a selling price was well overinflated.Did everything to get our business but did not deliver on what they said they would be able to achieve. Not professional.

I have rented from Stockdale and Leggo for 3 years and they have been a dream to work with. Easy, high communication and prompt with responses. Montanna Williamson is one of the most down to earth, professional and friendly people i have come across in my time in the business world and having her as my go to for my property needs was a breeze.
