Griffanne

Dropped an item off to be repaired on a Wednesday, triple checked with the girl working there at the time that this could be completed before the weekend as i needed this dress for the coming Saturday, I was told it would be an easy job and would definitely be done by Friday.Griffanne's opening hours state they are open until 4.30 on weekdays, so i rocked up on the Friday at 4.15pm and they were already closed....Luckily I could return on the Saturday morning (extremely inconvenient for me), however when I arrived the woman working could not find my dress at all, after 10 minutes of looking for it she called another employee and my dress was found at the bottom of a pile of clothing, completely untouched, unaltered and clearly wasn't ready for me to pick up. The woman working had absolutely no clue about anything and the lack of communication between employees was unbelievable.Overall the entire experience was infuriating and I came out of it with nothing positive to say whatsoever.Extremely unreliable business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Took a shirt here that was way too big. They had it done in less than a week and I'm very happy with the end result! Would recommend

These people always do their best to appease customers. I had a dress I really liked that was too wide under the arms and they managed to adjust the size so now it fits perfectly. Thank you, Griffane.

These guys are very reasonable and I have always been very pleased with their work.Been using them for years.They also have things finished when they say they will.Thoroughly recommend.
