Shocking haircut for $39Last time I’ll be getting my haircut there.

Had to finish one of my sons haircut myself! Felt that I was a burden on the older hairdressers time bringing my sons into shop from first point of contact. Felt like she was doing everything to discouraged us from booking in. Lacked so much patience with my eldest son who suffers from autism. He just picked up on her attitude and it just upset him so much. Couldn't even stand at entrance of shop with my youngest son who was standing quietly! Was asked to go and wait in food court!! When it came time for my youngest sons haircut my husband had to take over so I could walk away. My husband heard her tell another families son off for just bumping the back of his legs against the bench seat in the shop. Everything about the kids just seemed to inconvenience and annoy her. Worst experience ever! Never again!

Looks decent and very modernised. I was wondering what haircuts would suit a 12 y/o ginger female with very thick and frizzy hair, we are considering getting mandala undercuts, and just wondering your opinion. Thanks. If we get a reply we will ask for Leonie as she has nice reviews.

Just Cuts, Salamander Bay just completely wasted my time. My family went there purely for me to get a haircut. The lady initially told us it was going to be an hour wait, which we were fine with. We came back after the hour, and then they asked what we were doing standing there. I told another lady that we were told to come back in an hour. This other lady told us someone was in front and to come back a little later, so we came back 15 minutes later. The same lady greeted us the exact same way by asking what we were doing there, like she had forgotten about us in 15 minutes. I told her the exact same thing she told me, and then she asked me if I made a booking. I was furious at this point and told her that we were told to come back in the next hour, and instead of remedying the poor service, she took my number and then told me to wait another 20 minutes. I just looked at my partner and told him, “This is just ridiculous. I’m not getting a haircut today. Let’s just go home.”Both of us were not impressed with the staff and poor, mislead customer service at all.

Have twice had my haircut by Ethan at Salamander Bay and I cant commend her enough. Her attention to detail is brilliant."

Don’t go hair. $39 is far too much toupee for a simple cut

Went in for a cut with a picture of what I wanted. The blonde woman who cut my hair did the sides and back fine but the front looks like the work of a 5 year old. I have a history of bad haircuts every time I get it cut by anyone besides myself but this one is the worst I've ever had. I grew out my hair for 3 years before working up the courage to get a cut, and all I got was hair murder in return. Bad quality, bad customer service.Sent a refund request to just cuts website and hoped for an email back on how to get one because I'm beyond dissatisfied but one never came. Bad customer service. Never going back and would suggest anyone reading this not to go as well.Edit: customer service here is a joke. Sent them an email on the 10th of September regarding the reply to this review and I've gotten nothing at all.

I have used Just Cuts several times now. I travel out from Medowie to use them. Lauren cuts my hair and I have used her many times now. I recently had my hair cut buy the nice Taiwanese girl last time and she was very good too. Staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Booked in for a hair cut and was told about 2.5 hours. I then checked back in about 2 hours later and was told there were 10 people ahead of me then I waited another 50 minutes and was told there are still 9 people ahead of me. So in 50 minutes between 3 hairdressers they only did one person. I don't think I will be using just cuts again. Don't get me wrong the staff are very friendly.
