Here is our experience building a brand new house in Ashfield. Firstly i do not know any builders personally. I have contacted few local builders as I like face to face meeting, easy to communicate & travel whenever necessary. I will highly recommend find a local builder. My husband and I have been to few builders and we choose Kleidon Masterbuilt. Working in professional industry, i know very well how to sense people. As i enter Kleidon display home in Bargara with a smily face, professional and explain things to depth. Lewis. You are an awesome asset to Kleidon. I know i was annoying sometimes, asking too many questions but you handle everything so smoothly. From my plan design & changes. Kleidon in house draftsman Scott made few changes, thank you for tolerating us. Kleidon quote was way cheaper than other builders in town and the time building a house is way better than other builders. The design we wanted is exactly you did for us. Here comes few appointments with Candice. Choosing colours and other items is the most hardest part. Candice was very helpful. Whenever we get confused or stuck with something, Candice sort out things quite easily. Paying extras was also not easy. Thank you Rebecca, the accounts lady to keep a track of payments. The project manager Adam; you have wide knowledge of things. Very professionally and friendly way handle our stress of building a house. We have met few times & contact and discuss things when we need. Talking with other builders in town compared with the main boss Mr. Kleidon been the most understanding and feel for price rise. It wasn’t easy but the whole team of Kleidon made the journey easier and affordable in this hard time people facing with interest rise.Walking in a brand new house have different feelings. The colours are just Wow. The cabinetry, carpets, paints etc comes up good. According to our budget the house comes up way nicer than we thought. It’s beautiful. The price is just right compared with other builders and in this time where price for everything has gone up.
