Went in to get a script , sat there for 20mins , so went back over to counter to ask for medicine and it had already been made up and they hadn’t bothered to let me know .The girls at the counter were too busy talking to each other and couldn’t care about me ; the customer waiting for medicine !

I basically never have written a bad review but this has been coming for a while… I don’t understand how you can have 5 staff on during a non-peak time and still struggle to get any service. The clincher was a couple came in after me and then got served before me, even though they could see I had already been waiting. When I asked for help they said I’d have to wait and I could be served in a little bit. Just like the previous review, it seems no one actually wants to help you! I ended up just walking out as well.

I went into the pharmacy today and waited for someone to serve me. They just didn't seem to care less, one girl said she would be there soon after serving her lady and carried on price checking so I walked out

One of my favourite stores in Margaret River. The Pharmacists and staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful.Special thanks to Fiona, Doreen, Justin, Karen, Monique and Andrea. Beautiful people who make the place always worth revisiting.

Went down south for a trip and visited Priceline, asked the staff about the hair bleach and she replied in a rude way and I was told that she is not sure and that she is not a hair dresser. I feel the latter was bit rude. Even while asking for a direction she wasn’t friendly.

I find this pharmacy provides excellent service, especially the proprietor, Karen Cheah. Her knowledge is outstanding, and her patience, even when busy, is much appreciated.

It seems strange to me that the last 3 times I have been to Priceline MR the staffs best effort to help me find different products is you could always go online and see if you can get it somewhere else" even though it's a product they stock and sell... the staff are good at approaching to see if they can assist

Stood at the checkout for 5 minutes waiting to be served. The lady behind the dispensary just looked at me and knew i was waiting but didn't bother getting anyone to serve me or even acknowledge me.
