Brow arc threading

Best place to do eyebrow threading. Girls always listen what customer wants. And 6th threading is free which is very exciting if you get membership card.Overall very satisfied.

I just been there two weeks ago.there’s one girl with glasses who has done my eyebrows not professional at all.she just ruined my one side eyebrow and she was so rude while doing my eyebrows,because she ruined my eyebrow that’s why she even didn’t show me the mirror after did my eyebrows.so disappointed.I wish I can’t even give them one star.thanks for ruining my eyebrow you silly girl.

Didn't do what I needed, would not recommend them,very disappointed in my eyebrows and lip threading

I will preface this by saying that despite the service, I like how my eyebrows have turned out both times I have been here.However, both times I have been I have been pressured to include more services than I originally asked for. The first time I was asked if I wanted to have my eyebrows tinted, I said no thank you, and the lady replied with “but they’re really light”.The second time again I was asked if I wanted to include eyebrow tinting. I said no thank you. Then was asked “do you want me to do your lip? It’s really long” (I’m pale with red hair and my lip hair is not visible whatsoever). I felt uncomfortable and I just said yes. Then while doing my lip the lady asked “what about your chin that’s really long too”. I again felt pressured and just said yes. I have now broken out all around my mouth as my skin is sensitive and doesn’t take well to being threaded in that area. As mentioned there is no visible difference as I have red hair and pale skin. I intended to spend $10 and ended up spending $25.Obviously I could and should have stayed firm and said no, however if you’re similar to me and don’t stand your ground well, I’d give this place a miss.

Very bad customer service. They say they close at 6:30 and I went there at 6 for my eyebrows and they said they were closed even though one of the ladies was doing someone else's eyebrows while the other lady was busy on her phone.

It was worst experience this time while having my eyebrows done at this place. The girl doing threading was very unprofessional. She was threading my eyebrows very brutally. When I told her that she is doing it roughly she replied back that she is doing right. She didn’t even shaped my brows properly. She was just plucking eye brows slowly with thread.Before the girls who worked there used to be very polite and professional.I will never go back for my threading to be done by unprofessional staff.Hope I was able to give negative rating.

Great place for threading

Everytime I go to this place to fix my eyebrows and i love this place.All staff works amazing.
