Staff are lovely. The place is very cozy and has good atmosphere. I love that they use single use items only. High hygiene standard. And the products are vegan.

This salon is a great hidden gem of beauty salon. I got my lashes done twice and they never disappoint me. Nail painting is really crafty and in style. Great service from the staff a cherry on top

i’ve done my eyelashes extensions. I’m very happy with the service. Nat, she is very kind and understand what exactly u want. The shop look very clean and hygiene.Definitely I would recommend other people to this shop too.

Very good service, friendly staff and a nice relaxing environment. Wasn't rushed like it usually is at walk-in salons. Would definitely recommend :))

Wonderful team at Cozy and Coco. The best beauty parlour in Melbourne! Always willing to accomodate to your beauty needs, whether it be a manicure, pedicure or lash extensions. They are always warm, welcoming and cheerful. It's always a fun and relaxing pampering selfcare session!! Highly recommended!!

This is my first time in Melbourne for eyelash extension and nails. Thank you Kiwa , you were so patient on me for getting my eyelashes done because my eyes were watery most of time.Thanks for your good advice I love it . I’ll be back again soon. I highly recommend this place.
