All nice to deal with when bringing you on board as a new tenant but as soon as you leave they keep all the bond! greedy and all they care about is the interest of the landlord. Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Would never rent from them again

As someone in the market to buy property, I've had wonderful experiences dealing with OTHER agencies. When enquiring about a property listed under this agency I met with crickets. I enquired and said I have pre approval and looking at pricing information since agencies love to have 'contact agent'. Well I contact the agent in regards to property and received no response via email OR phone. I called the agent number to be left with voicemail and no reply back since. It's been 2 weeks since then and I dearly hope sellers choose another agent because this agency is very unprofessional

Utmost professional attitude throughout the property sale process. Max was representing us and his support made the sale very smooth. The outcome reflected the efforts put in by Max and The Agency team.Also there was Annie that was managing the property rental for several years and assisted with tenants vacating the property and preparation for sale. Honestly the worst rental agency I have had to deal with in my life. I don’t think everyone that works at the agency is bad I got more information and responses from other property managers but my property manager Brian was the worst. Never answered his phone once and rarely responded to emails. Trying to get in contact with the guy about getting my bond back and surprise surprise the guys a ghost. I know this isn’t the first review naming Brian as a horrible employee and I’m sure it won’t be the last!

Real scammers. Shown a property to us infested with pests in North Sydney. Took our bond and money. Put our family with 2 kids on the street. My suggestion, please go with an agency who cares about people and property.

Elizabeth James & her team were great to work with - very supportive, explained things really well, made us feel comfortable, and very responsive to communication via text, phone, and email. So far, we have had a great experience, and look forward to having them as our agency while we are renting our home. Highly recommend Elizabeth & the team at the agency. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with an agency- so many agents changed since I leased a property from here. The owner wanted to sell the property and hired a sales agent to conduct inspections- they came home to take some photographs and left my property in a disarray. When I have in my notice to vacate the property, the agent gave me the wrong address to drop off the keys, and did not even have the courtesy to apologise for her mistake. My worst experience to date with an agent, I am so glad to be rid of this arrangement. I did not even hear back on the final inspection until I asked after 12 days, the bond was only released after I asked the question.
