The man that works there is a liar! I had my sons phone fixed there 3 months ago to replace screen, not long after that the charging port started playing up. So I took it back. They told me it was the battery. Paid to replace that. Purchased the best protective case for it while there. A few days later my son noticed the screen was popping out. So I took it back and this man had their nerve to accuse my son of pulling his own phone apart and breaking it and wanted to charge me more money to fix it. Then because I got a little bit upset and said this is s@&t and covering your a@&e. I asked for the phone back to leave, but he called security on me and my baby. I was just waiting for him to give my phone back (which he didn’t put back together correctly) I have spent so much money in the shop! Never will I return. Straight up liars and don’t stand by their warranty.

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I am over 70, not phone savvy, and needed a new phone and no idea how to change over info from old to new. I received helpful, professional, courteous service and a better price for new phone than at bigger stores. Such a wonderful thing to have someone personally spend time explaining the phone and then switching data over for me. I was so stressed going into the store and came out relieved and happy. Phone great and working well. There is nothing like good old fashioned service and I won't be going anywhere else now. I don't normally write reviews but you guys deserve many accolades. Thank you again.

Lovely service. I spoke with a wonderful women who helped me with my screen protecter. I have it put on at another store and they did a horrible job but the staff at xtreme really helped me plus they said if I had any issues with the screen again I can come back and they would replace the screen protection for free if it was an installation issue. Amazing people thank you so much.

Great customer service, took my daughter's phone in for repair, done in the hour, with no hassel at all. Will definitely be going back if/when it happens again
