I bought a wedding dress of my interest which is a way bigger than my body size. I bought it because I was unable to find the same dress in my size, hence i decided to pick the one and to alter it through some professional tailor. Upon recommendation of my neighbourhood friend, I went Singh Smart Alterations for altering my wedding dress. Fortunately, the staff of the shop was highly dedicated towards their profession and demand a very reasonable prices for my alteration. It was somehow difficult to achieve what I was desired. Also, I was unable to convey what i wanted. But thanks to the experts tailor out there. They bear me and guide me as well. They exactly put my idea into my wedding maxi dress. I usually do not review about the services because of lake of interest & time obviously. But the professional attitude of the tailors made me think that I should praise them and their work ethics. Recommending to others on behalf of my best experience!

Great experience. Received a text notifying me when my repair was ready which saved me from having to remember to call and ask. Repair of jean button is super sturdy and the lady who served me was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Had my pants hemmed two weeks ago and was charged $39.95 for two pairs and got them back within two hours. Went in today to get one pair of pants hemmed and was quoted $39.95. This place charges different amounts each time. $39.95 for hemming a pair of pants is ridiculous. Will be going over to Mt Annan and get it done there…

I took my denim jacket in to be taken up and the under the arms taken in… Well what great service.. I only had 3 days to get it done and the lady said they would do their best… Got it done in 2 days…. I just had my best experience with Singh Smart Alterations. They helped me transform two of my jackets. For one of the jackets, I wanted to shorten the sleeves. And for the second one, I showed them a picture of what I desired it to look like. Their professional workers understood what I wanted to have in no time. I often don’t prefer tailors for my alterations, but I feel happy choosing this shop by my side. The tailor asked all the required questions to make sure that what I wanted was my final product. The workers there were so generous and professional. I highly recommend their alterations, and I will definitely be going back for other alterations in the near future!Thank you for your professionalism!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!If I could give 0 or even minus I give to them. I’ve paid over $90 to alter my brand new trouser and jacket only see the button on my trouser was off.I went back the next day ask them to fix this. They got very defensive. They said, it’s not their fault the button was off because they only hemming the trouser and not work on upper part.I’m 100% sure when I gave to them it was in the perfect condition. Regardless whose fault was it. But the OLDER LADY TRAN. SHE WAS VERY RUDE, DEFENSIVE AND ARROGANT.The way she handle the complain was so bad. I came there calm and being nice ask them to fix it (it’s very small job anyway). But her defensiveness I could never imagine and unbelievable. She said, she DOESN’T CARE if the customer not come back for the another service.She could easily said, I understand you are not happy but we only do hemming the trouser. However, we can fix this in a moment (as it’s small job). INSTEAD OF BEING DEFENSIVE, ARROGANT AND TRIGGER THINGS ESCALATED TO NEXT LEVEL.To OWNER: You should have check the manners of your employees. It’s not hard being nice and not to be rude and arrogant person like Tran.I won’t come back again definitely and not recommend to anyone else! Worst experience ever!!

Beautiful store , the customer service was on point and they gave me my shirt back in perfect condition. The store looked aesthetic and was very clean. The shirt was done in 1 day and done perfectly. I will definitely recommend and visit again in the future. Thankyou Singh smart alterations.
