Awful experience. The pharmacy assistant was incredibly rude.I went in to get a prescription on Christmas Eve 30 mins before closing because I didn’t realise that my local pharmacies were closed. I even apologised to the lady for my late drop in as I needed my prescription on Christmas Day, and there was nowhere else close I could go. Her manner was so rude and abrupt, I was genuinely shocked.I have worked in pharmacy before myself, I know it’s tough when you’re short staffed or really busy, but that is absolutely no need to take it out on a customer who was nothing but polite and respectful.The pharmacist was incredibly quick with my script thankfully, and then the same lady served me again when I had to pay for my script. She was again very passive aggressive and I felt very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no need to treat me like I was nothing but an inconvenience, especially when there were another 5 customers with scripts coming in after me even. It’s not a very nice feeling. I totally understand being frustrated because you’re busy and completely understaffed, but that is the business’s problem, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers.Won’t be back again.

Waited 45 minutes for a script. Pharmacist kept putting my script box to the back of the line behind at least ten other people who arrived after me for scripts. When my script was ready I waited a further ten minutes for someone to grab it and allow me to pay and leave. Absolutely not good enough customer service especially on a quiet Sunday.

My husband went yesterday night before the pharmacy closing , nearly 10 mins, he had to purchase the medication immediately after home doctor visit. After he gave the prescription to the pharmacist, she said F word behind the computer for the prescription, this is the worst customer service ever.

Very helpful, huge range of products outside of the usual chemist-y things

5 star service. I called into have my flu shot. The whole process was quick and seamless and the pharmacist did it with a smile. Will definitely be taking the rest of the family back there for their shot.Thank you Terry White Marion!

Extremely rude customer service. Don’t press the customer service bell or you will be scolded like a child.

If you don't know how to use technology, ask someone who knows.To the people who train your workers: if your priority is selling cosmetics, put your employees in clown make-up to embellish the circus you're running.
