Mandurah Move It

Booked these guys almost 2 weeks ago, they turn up to our apartment and straight away start complaining about the driveway, we told them we live up stairs they said it was fine, but once they got there they said no we cant do it, tried blaming that they might damage the walls on the way down the stairs, we said its fine we will fix any damages and they still refused using plenty of silly excuses and were quite rude about it, its your job as removalists to remove things if you cant do it then whats the point of your business honestly very angry and disappointed, we are now paying rent at multiple houses waiting until next week for someone to actually be able to do their job they agreed to do. Do not go through these guys ever, waste of time.

I have had Keith move my pool table on 4 occasions now. Every time the table had been setup perfectly. They were very careful when moving it. Will recommend Keith to anyone looking for quality movers.

Was all a bit rushed..Small timber bedside cabinet was dropped on concrete, and damaged. Also noticed a 40 cm gouge in pine coffee table.I won't use again and won't recommend them

I'd rather it be 2.5 stars but it wouldn't allow that and 2 stars is too low.They get 2.5 stars because they technically did what they were asked to do, so a pass mark.The job was to move an upright piano 1.7kms, so a pretty quick job.We pre-organised for it to be 8am so it could be the first job. At 8:10 I gave them a call to see where they were, only to find out they were on their way to another job as they thought we'd set 10:30am (we had not and I have the text I sent in advance to confirm what we'd agreed to). No problem, I could do 10:30am. The people's house they were collecting from just needed to leave by 11:30am.At 10:20am I called to confirm, only to be told they were at least an hour and a half away. This was not possible for the people who's house they were collecting it from so we had to set it for the next day. 8am was agreed. Later, I received a text asking for 7:30am. We agreed.From here, they arrived on time, were very professional in loading the piano and dutifully delivered it to my house. They were kind and courteous and gently placed the piano in its final location.And then they lugged me a $20 fee to pay by eftpos, leaving a really bitter taste in my mouth. I would have thought, after the complete stuff up the previous day had been...they could possibly have worn the eftpos fee?To be fair, I didn't challenge the fee...I didn't feel I should have had to.In short, they'll do the job you pay for, HOPEFULLY with better timing (as some of the other reviews show), but I'd recommend you call them the day before, and maybe the day of, to make sure you're all on the same page.

I live in Mandurah and booked these guys 3 weeks ago for an 8am start to move my entire house. They were late on the day and when I rang to see where they were Keith the owner said I'm in Bunbury (112kms away) and wouldn't be back in Mandurah until around 11.30am, 3 and a half hours later. I had already arranged for the carpet cleaner to arrive so I was stressed at losing time at this point. When I rang again at 11.30am to see where they said we should be there within the next hour. At this stage we had now lost 4 and a half hours - over half a day and as a result I had to cancel the carpet cleaner. I was so stressed and frustrated at this point I rang and told the owner of his incompetent and unprofessional attitude, he was unapologetic, and cancelled. I then had to scramble around to find alternative arrangements.Warning! Stay clear of these cowboys. They only proved to be unprofessional, incompetent and simply didn't care.

Managed to damage almost everything they touched while moving our home. We booked them from reviews read and the fact that they were a small

These 2 guys transported a $5000 pool table for me.I wasn't there for the pick up but when they were bringing it into my house, I had to demand they stop more than once as they were forcing the table through openings, chipping the walls and also the pool table. Rushing and seeming to not even care about the damage that they were causing to my freshly painted walls and the pool tableI really couldn't believe how rough they were.The older guy which I presume is the owner responded by saying well it really is a tight space in here and my comments seem to make him angry and rush even more.It makes me feel sick that I paid them. I just wanted them out of my house before I lost my sh' t.Don't let these guys any where near your stuff because they just don't care."

Except for a minor timing mistake, our pool table was picked up and delivered in a timely and professional manner. Both guys were lovely and it was quick and easy

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Helped us set up snooker table and placed all furniture in position for us. Highly recommended and would use these guys again.

We had a move booked in for my grandparents. It was an important move for them as they are frail and getting old. After packing up the whole house, putting groceries on ice, I called them back as they were half an hour late, and they pretty much said they forgot about us. No apology given, no discount offered, and they couldnt send anyone out. It seems like they are desensitised to this type of customer service and commitment.If your looking for reliability and professionalism, I recommend TLI Transport. I explained to them the situation and they sent a team out straight away, and gave us a good rate.
