Beautiful, empty, clear and pure.Lovely surf for surfers. Good swimming and diving for experienced adults.Not ideal for swimming with little children or people who aren't confident in the ocean. Great for long beach walks.

Beautiful beach, although the current is extremely strong and makes it difficult to swim, not the best place to enjoy a dip but lovely to enjoy a walk on.

Fish, sail, kayak, etc dogs welcome. Not patrolled for swimmers and strong currents,but some beautiful walking tracks and incredible sunsets.

The DETOUR Coffee and Ice Cream van is at Melros Beach Wednesday to Sunday 7am to 2pm. Great little business. Very well patronised.

Was a beautiful spot had a double car park. You can drive on the beach. This location was very well thought out and planned with toilets and a beautiful view just watch out for the road works and detour on the way in.
