These guys were awesome.I hadn’t been to Hypnotherapy before and had no idea how it worked.I have social anxiety and didn’t know if it would work for me but Tony explained everything, so I had a good understanding of what was going on.He asked me to describe the problem in a few words and then describe how I would be after it worked.He used my words when he Hypnotised me and relaxing music played in the background . It all seemed so simple.It took a couple of sessions and I now feel so much better with my renewed confidence.Tony gave me a Hypnotherapy recording to take home which I listen to each night, and it also helps me to relax and go to sleep easily.The sessions worked so well I will be going back again in a couple of weeks to get some help with something else.

I wasn't sure about counselling but I had some things to sort out and after a couple of sessions I had what I wanted. Counselling worked for me. Can recommend this service.
