I wish I could rate 0 for the experience we had here. No clear communication!! If you don’t want to serve people outside of you own diversity then please advertise accordingly. Don’t just ignore the question and not provide any explanation and just laugh! So Unprofessional guys!!

Highly unprofessional. Casual part time staff, mostly students, who are busy selecting which Punjabi songs to play on YouTube while ignoring patrons who are waiting there patiently. They keep chit-chatting among themselves while patrons wait on them. A half an hour job takes them one and a half hours!No concept of First-in First-out whatsoever!Better spend $15 more and get a proper professional service. We want to support businesses of fellow Indians but these guys simply don't deserve it. Don't recommend this place at all. Never visiting again! Param bhai, you lost a customer forever!

Went in there, sat in the waiting bench no acknowledgment at all. The owner was engrossed with his phone with his feet up didn’t really care that a new customer has come in. I waited until one hairdresser finished with a customer and since I was the only one waiting thought it is my turn, guess I was wrong as they put someone who had definitely walked in after me. The most surprising thing when I was leaving not looking happy no one even bothered to say anything not even the owner. Conclusion… you must know these idiots or don’t bother going in there because they don’t have any customer service or any good ethic

I had a pretty Bad experience yesterday. They were taking customers as per their convenience. When I got the chance, that guy started to do dinner without even informing me. I would advise to spend some more money and go to a better salon. This shop is full of illiterate and I don't know how they landed in here.

WORST SERVICE, people who work there doesn't have professionalism and make customers wait for more time. They don't follow any protocol and will make us wait if their friends come for a haircut.I have faced this issue after waiting for an hour and had to leave their place as they were giving priority to their friends and not me who came before them and when asked them, they were rude about and said it's upto you if you want to wait or not ?It's not worth wasting money on them.

Wish i could give rate them negative... There is no acknowledgement when you enter when your in queue,..owner is engrossed on his mobile and don't care what's happening inside. WORST EVER SERVICE.. Won't even pay 5$ !!

The worst service ever seen in Sydney. The barber in India who gives haircut under big tree will be better than getting haircut here .Guys, Please better don't try your haircut at all.
