Methodical Muay Thai is a friendly and comfortable environment, fantastic with beginners and very encouraging while keeping it fun. The teacher doesn’t overwhelm you with too much at once and is dedicated to making sure you understand all aspects of the technique. Matty genuinely cares for his students and goes above and beyond. He makes you want to do better. I leave every class feeling motivated and with a smile on my face.

We had been having some trouble with our son at school. In the hope of getting him back on track, we signed him up - and haven’t looked back! Matty is an excellent coach who truly cares about each of his students.The change in our son has been remarkable. He has dedicated himself to his training 3 days a week and his attitude at school has done a 360.Muay Thai has changed his outlook on life and we couldn’t be more grateful to Matty and the team.

Methodical Muay Thai has a great atmosphere and learning environment for all levels from beginners to fighters.
