Kris was employed to oversee the implementation of our new kitchen, recommending a great cabinet maker. He also installed 2 shaft skylights over our bench creating an wonderful, bright ambience in a room that was previously very dark. He also created and built our outdoor kitchen and replaced all our old laserlight roofing and created several innovative decking areas to enhance entryways. We are thoroughly pleased with the attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. He was always prompt, efficient and we would no hesitate to recommend him to anyone, including family and friends.

We engaged Knstruct Bayside for a renovation project on an existing extension (insulation of walls and roof, removal/replacement of external walls and rendering of the whole house, roof replacement of the extension, 2x window replacements). From the initial consultation to the end of the project, Kris provided an exceptional service. We were very impressed by his professionalism, organisational skills, accountability, and the quality of his work. Kris was responsive, punctual, and always made sure that the work was done to a high standard. We would highly recommend Kris/Knstruct Bayside and will use them again for our future building/renovation projects.

My husband and I had this company construct a two bedroom extension to our existing home. From the first visit for a consultation to the final day of construction I found Kris and his apprentice Dale to be extremely courteous, approachable and affable. During the whole of the building Kris kept us informed of everything he was doing, consulted with us with regards to our wishes and turned up when he said he would. He also gave us some very good constructive advice. Even with the inclement weather the project was completed within the 100 days that the contract stated. The completed extension is extremely good with friends saying how it looks like it’s always been part of the house and not an add on. The workmanship has been excellent with Kris using some good ‘tradies’. I would highly recommend Knstruct Bayside for any building projects.

We engaged Knstruct Bayside following a recommendation from a friend - to complete a major renovation - internal and external structural wall removal, installation of two beams, sliding doors, windows, as well as a new laundry, built in pantry and study.Our experience working with Knstruct Bayside was fantastic. Highly recommend Kris and the team at KNSTRUCT!Early in 2022, we had plans drawn up for the construction and installation of a prefabricated 6m shipping container pool (from QLD) on a large, elevated steel platform.We then called 7 different builders on the Mornington Peninsula to discuss the management of the final design and construction of this unusual project, including coordination of detailed structural engineer requirements, architect and building surveyor etc.There were 3 builders that were interested and provided quotes, however Kris from KNSTRUCT was the only one that was engaged, professional and easy to deal with. Kris had suggestions to improve the process and design which paid off by the time we finished the construction.Kris also had great admin support from Pilar who had professional and easy to understand documentation.This all happened during the first half of 2022, which has been a uniquely busy time in the construction industry, so Kris and the team were under the pump but never slipped behind their program.I wasn't expecting the process to be fun, but it was that and much more! (and we ended up with a pool) ;)
