I walked in and asked if they could fit me in and I was pleasantly surprised they could. I had a little wait then in I went in. My hair was yellow and long For me!I walked out very happy after a wash toner and haircut. Such a great atmosphere in their shop and very professional. I will be back for sure !! 10 stars from me

Jerome at Stefan Cairns Central worked an absolute miracle on my hair yesterday. He and his team went over and above to work on my hair (even though they were super busy) and made me feel very special. The colour, cut and style from Jerome transformed me (just in time for my wedding!!) -- I was so happy I was moved to tears. I can't recommend Jerome and the Cairns Central team highly enough. Super friendly and fun salon also :)

A hairdresser you can trust for the results you desire! It can be frightening trusting someone with the transition to blonde but these guys absolutely nailed my correction. Highly highly recommend!

Amy did the most perfect cut for maximising my hairs natural potential and meeting my hair goals. Price was also very reasonable for the full service. I would recommend and I will definitely be back.

I had a very bad experience and was treated poorly which is shocking considering I was paying $500+. They were very impatient with me while I was trying to understand why they changed the service I booked and why the price was different to what I was quoted on the phone. Poor communication skills, bad customer service and dishonest pricing quotes. Prices are not clear and unavailable beforehand.

Gotta say this was a really average service and I’m starting to see I got ripped off. Service was great but I only got a trim with a wash and it was $100+, the roots of my hair weren’t straightened down unfortunately and it was really a blow out like I was hoping for. Great service but expensive for just a trim and for the job to come out as average with faults.
