The order online was easy to use and the owner of the florist has taken care the rest of the thing including to make sure recipient was home to receive the package. I am quite amazed with the customer services & the fantastic presentation for the items I selected for my sister's birthday surprised. Thank you. I highly recommended them and I will use them again.

On-line ordering was painless. Acknowledgement of order and delivery communication was appreciated and the arrangement delivered to the Flinders hospital was beautiful. Thank you.

I don't like giving negative feedback to businesses.. but I won't be using this florist EVER again even tho it's my local. I recently visited this store to see if they had some Baby breath i could buy that I needed for a baby photo shoot I had happening in like 1 hour...the lady said no sorry we don't have any. I could see some on the table behind her...i said what about that there??..she says no im sending it back to the supplier as it's poor quality and we don't sell anything of poor quality. I explained to her that it was only for a photo shoot and I didn't mind the quality..it looked totally fine...please help me out.(I was prepared to pay )..Nope...she wouldn't budge and was so grumpy and snappy. Wouldnt it have been better to take my money for it than send it back to the supplier. But no she couldn't give a rip about her customers. She was prob eager to pick fight with her suppliers.. Stop being so unhelpful and negative...you are getting a bad name on the community.Working around flowers should make you happy. I went to Coles and bought a bunch of flowers from there which had baby breath in it and it was just perfect. Thanks Coles!!!!

Easy to use website, fast delivery. They messaged and kept me updated, so I knew my friend had received her flowers.

I ordered flowers at 9.30am and they were delivered by 1pm. Staff were courteous and thorough and my Mum was thrilled with the arrangement and quality of the flowers.

I am so impressed - from start to finish.I made an online order which was super convenient and easy to navigate.The pricing was reasonable (I felt like they were on par with a majority of florists) but FREE DELIVERY was the big selling point for me.The ongoing communication from the owner was not only appreciated but added a level of professionalism I've never experienced from ordering flowers.I received an acknowledgement of my order, a processing text, a photo of the arrangement and then a delivery notification.I will absolutely order from here again!

EDIT***I had flowers ordered to deliver on a specific day and had received a message early in the morning to say that they had been made but was unsure when they were being delivered. I rang the store (near 3pm) and the lady that answered was so incredibly rude and unfriendly and barely let me finish my sentences before she rudely cut me off. I rang simply to get an understanding of whether I would be home for their delivery or not. I finally received my flowers at 4:45pm and got home and most of the flowers were shrivelled and dead already. Overall not a great experience unfortunately***.After placing this review on the website, Shani promptly messaged and called me to sort the issue and was very concerned with what happened. she replaced the flowers and sent me a beautiful bunch. Thank you for being so quick and understanding to fix the problem.

Extremely unhappy with this place. Yes the flowers are quite nice and I love the look at them, but because I am younger the workers treated me like garbage, I understand the older generation has no respect for the younger generations but I was being polite and kind to these people but they were rude, rolled their eyes at me, spoke me to me a disrespectful tone, refused to give me a straight answer when I asked about prices, overall I was very disappointed with the way i was treated by these people and how horrible they can be to young ones and then they will go and complain about us, maybe if you older people aren’t such arrogant, self centred, disrespecting, and thinks highly of yourself the younger generations might actually be nice to you.

Ordered a bunch of flowers in a vase for a friend who had just had surgery. They arrived looking nothing like the photo, different colour vase in which I wouldn’t have ordered if website stated vase colour may differ. Flower colours didn’t coordinate what so ever, I understand season changes flower colour but it just didn’t look the best. Messaged about my issue and never got a response back. Waste of money for something not to be happy with.
