Has all the cuts you need for a butchers at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and willing to help if you cant find a cut or if you need something else they will take orders. And you can get your treat for your pet and grab some dog bones.

Made a order 1st time , personally spoke to the manager Sheree a second time to confirm the order, simple just asking for sausages, went to pick it up and Sheree made a mistake with the order . Not an issue until she yells rudely at me in front of staff and customers. I stated that I came in twice to order and she blames me, I am appalled at the way I was treated. I am the customer and was treated as if it were my fault. Take accountability for your actions if you make a mistake. Defected do not order! Disgusting

Customer service needs improvement Lady at the second checkout from the entrance door at 11am shift this Saturday needs to greet all the customers equally, my experience was the first elderly customers before me were respectfully greeted, I was next no eye contact she took my goods scanned them through was busy talking to her colleague, then the second customer behind me was served with chirpy greeting and I didn’t get the same service. Was it age or race? Berwick is a vibrant community with diversity. She needs customer service training.

Really good products. Ever since this place has been bought back by an Australian butcher the quality has jumped back to what you expect now.The pricing is like you would expect for meat after covid, the range it extensive and broad. Want a roast, SMOKE, Grill or stew something you will find it here.Not alot of parking but more than enough with all the street parking around.Here are a few pics for ideasPulled smoked brisket, steaks and ribs
