Unreliable, untrustworthy. Called up asking a price and gave me a price next day. So decided send it in for repair and got told to ring up about a week he should be able fix it. Waited a week rang up and was told to call up after another week. Another week has passed and was told they was very busy but call in in couple days they should be able to sort it out. Rang up asking about again and got told another day. After 3.5 weeks did not answer my calls or messages. I would hate to get them to repair my toys and have them disappear or not answer my call at all. I would not recommend them.
