Constantly disappointed by this store, at 12:30 there still has been no hot food prepared. Deli has a single person on working with lines of customers. Bakery isn't running due to no workers and plenty of shelves remain unstocked. This is utterly pathetic from a company that nationally recorded BILLIONS in profit. I don't know if it's Corporate cutting wage budgets or just incompetent staff not wanting to come yo work but the whole store needs to change format because this is disgusting.

Very relaxed and not very crowded shopping store. Personally I like this sort of shop because there’s no rush rush in and out so taking some time makes it a lot less stressful. Great service as well

Absolute terrible service. Only 3 registers open with atleast 6 trolleys lined up at each register. Meanwhile the one we are lined up at , has Chris daydreaming , scanning 1 product per minute. We waited almost half an hour and we were second in line. We looked at each other at one point and asked if we were on candid camera it was that bad.

This store is particularly clean, well presented and has helpful staff. Sure, there are times it is busy like all centres but I like that the staff are always willing to help. I asked Tyler to help me find a product and he was so willing to help and actually walked me to the aisle. I had a young guy (Finn) in checkout and he was friendly without being too chatty which can slow things down. He scanned my shopping thoroughly and quickly and packed my bags well. I have also had Ava serve me before and she was so polite and courteous. Will definitely remain my number one place to shop. 5 stars!

I went to the store to make a pick up and I stayed more than 15 minutes waiting in the front desk for any employee attended to me. I had to call the store to get some assistance and after that came to me a blond guy who looks like a manager who was working at the front desk and he did a very rude service because I did a complain in the phone. I will never go back to this place again. This manager has to learn a lot about customer service. worst Woolys store on the Gold Coast.

This store staff is too bad ..in the main counter people…today I go for pickup the online order 3 times every time I waited 30mins around 3:00 pm I got another order I waited for 40mins and I asked them for my order they said we don’t know how much time it will take around 1hr they said if you don’t wanna wait just you can cancel they said like that.. in the main counter people… very bad service….really I hate this service. Today total I have canceled 4 deliveries because of their late packing…please improve your service you can imagine today almost approximately 2 , 3 hrs wasted my time in your storeThank you

Shopping at this store for many years with an average spend of $200.00 per week. Also a shareholder.Yesterday at around 12.30pm. I reached to help the large, tall short haired staff member pick up my full shopping bag at the checkout.This person said to me get out of her space". My wife was also very shocked with the comment of this staff member.This person asked me if I had ever been shopping before. (I am 70 years old). I hope Woolworths management take note of this post and retrain this staff member ASAP.I hope other customers are not offended by this person. A well run branch in a shopping centre with a wide variety of shops to choose from. The branch is slightly smaller as compared to one's in larger centres. That said, it has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful to make your shopping experience the best it can be.

Even though staff and service is great a majority of time got a packet of smiths cheese and onion chips put them through the register came up unable to sell product went back to the isle to get different flavour the lady asked fellow worker what to do. With the chips as they been recalled the guy said put them back on the shelf .I see no point in this as if the product was. Recalled them why are they on the shelf to sell.Obvious there was something wrong with the product to be recalled left somewhat confused.A range of original and cheese and onion Smith's varieties have been recalled over fears the chips have been potentially contaminated by plastic pieces, Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) announced.The Smith's Snackfood Company Pty Limited is conducting a recall of Smith's cheese and onion 45g and 170g
