Pandora Port Macquarie

Great shopping experience. Price range to suit all incomes. My grandughter walked out feeling like a princess and loved the service she experienced. Turning 11 tomorrow .

I was in this store this morning to grab a birthday present for a friend & I stood there waiting, which was fine, after 10 minutes I got a little bit antsy, but I was still happy to wait, after an additional 10 minutes, was when I was getting a bit frustrated as the associate helping another customer was still with the same customer that was being helped when I walked in, (I was later informed that the associate, Kelly; was the Store Manager). All this would have been okay, if it was the customer asking questions & getting assisted at her own request, but the customer herself said sorry to me and other customers, repeatedly all while Kelly tried to upsell her additional items, she said she came in for a bracelet & a charm, & was practically walking out with a bracelet & a bracelet full of charms she did not like or want, but felt pressured into buying. Kelly did NOT acknowledge me once, nor the 10-15 customers that also came in, waited & then decided that a century was far too long to wait for a Pandora bead and left empty handed. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, another associate (Charli) came in to begin her shift, helped me instantly & I was in & out in under 5 minutes of her assisting me, all while Kelly was STILL helping the same customer, who also appeared fed up, Charli was fantastic, gave me great customer service, was incredibly apologetic that the item I came in for was out of stock, & told me, she would be happy to order it in if I wanted it, which I declined. This level of customer service from a store manager is a disgrace & should be followed up, they should know better, or shouldn’t be in a position of that stature at all. The fact that, an entry level associate gave better customer service & had better people skills than a store manager is laughable. Do better.

Kristy was the lady who served me. She was so nice and polite and when I expressed to her how one of my charms had broken she kindly replaced it for me, free of charge. Both her and the other girls working there were all great and very helpful.

Quite possibly the worst service i have encountered.Waited 20 minutes while another customer was served (that's OK), then the other sales person served someone else (that's OK). WE were next and my granddaughter knew what she wanted and we took 5 minutes of their time. She had cash and we were ushered to counter where the other sales person was going to take our money, but she was now helping the original person again. I asked if we could just pay for the necklace but was told that there was a system!! Obviously the system is not working. We were in the shop for 40 minutes.

Staff very attentive, didn't matter what you wanted they tried to accommodate you, would happily shop there again.

The staff at the Port Macquarie store are just fantastic! I was shopping for a 21st birthday present for (and with) my daughter. It had been a long day and we were tired. The staff here made us very welcome and were so helpful and accommodating and we shared a few laughs in our conversations about our families. It's rare to be made to feel so welcomed and valued in this environment. A huge kudos to you Kyle and your staff. It was a pleasure.

Staff is really pushy. I've gone to Pandora store on 4 different occasions. Buying one charm is never enough for the staff. They try and force you to buy more. At one time I was cut out of the conversation because the guy in there turn to my partner saying you can select one of these and this charm you can get and I'd advise you to grab this charm too. I said well I hope your planning on giving those to her as a gift because I've just brought the bracelet,a charm and the safety chain. I was made to look like the bad one. Thanks Pandora
