I got to stay at a very comfortable room at a reasonable price. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The night receptionist, Bibi, was lovely and made me feel very welcomed.

Our stay was amazing from the get go. Rebecca in reception was so lovely! She went above and beyond to help make our booking perfect. The apartment had everything and more! We will definitely stay again and a massive shout out to Rebecca your an asset to the quest team!!

Young lady at reception was very helpful.Room was clean and tidy . Carpets still smelt like I was steam cleaned.Only down was curtains to small for windows as light from sign out front come in..Shower strong and hot.

Booked online the same day I arrived. They advised the debit of $100 (security deposit) I stayed there on the Turrsday and paid my bill. Several days later they debited my account the $100. Since January I have written several times without response. I feel I need to alert potential guests of this.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment it is very kids friendly and spacious with a great range of facilities available in the apartment. The housekeepers are extremely friendly and provide great room service however the lady at the reception doesn’t show any hospitality, extremely rude and unfriendly! But still our stay was great!
