I recently purchased my car through these guys and absolutely recommend buying from them. Yousef got to my enquiry about the vehicle fast and we facetimed to showed me around the vehicle and did a test drive as I am unable to view the car in person as I am in another state. Very friendly service and pointed out any imperfections on the car. The car is 30 years old and I expected it to have a lot of wear and damage but the car was in much better condition than I thought. Many pictures were provided and in great detail showing damage and wear. They also were very helpful in organizing transportation of the car to the location and their finance agent was very helpful in acquiring the extra money needed. Having recently got it registered for almost 2 weeks now and driving it whenever I get the chance, I absolutely love it. It runs very well mechanically and rides very smooth. A well preserved car in almost fully original condition and I can't wait to restore the car to what it was 30 years ago.

I made an interstate inquiry about one of their vehicles in stock initially through Arj and found he was easy to deal with and he did his best to find the best price for my trade ( via my supplied photos ). Also had an opportunity to talk to Yousef about certain technical questions/concerns and found him to be very knowledgeable about the BMW marque through his ownership experience and he was accommodating in trying to provide a compromise on the price of road freight for their vehicle to me and mine to them as a trade.Sadly, I couldn't make the stretch financially with the change over figure despite these guys best efforts so the sale didn't proceed. Never the less, I felt a review of my first time positive experience as a prospective buyer with Elite Motor Garage was well earned.

The staff here are super friendly, patient and honest. I told them my needs up front and asked about any cars I liked. I was not told to buy a car that was not suited to my needs just so they could make a quick sale so I was super impressed by this. Great customer experience. Luke was fantastic to deal with. Friendly and always ready to answer any questions, even if something as small as checking that both iphone and android cables work in the car. Highly recommend buying from there.

I was looking into trading in my Audi SUV for a smaller car for my kids to drive and found the perfect m125i. I primarily dealt with Yousef, however Luke and Arj assisted me when Yousef was unavailable, which was nice considering I did not have to wait to hear back.The entire process went through nonchalantly which was not what I expected from a car dealership. The trade-in price was fair and negotiations were direct and reasonable. Discounts on tinting, ceramic coating, and dealer delivery was also an added bonus.I'd recommend the company as a whole for prestigious motor transactions.

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle as I had decided against the model I test drove, the service and friendly staff was top notch. They are different from other dealers, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable about cars in general. Highly recommended.
