Worst experience of my life totally unprofessional.DO NOT USE EVERCost me 2 days of work woth no shows and no contact to say they weren't coming and then installers walked off refusing to do the job?????This is a no star rating exactly what it deserves

This is our second solar installation I've had and as they say you learn from your mistakes. I've suffered poor quality products and even had a new roof completely damaged by unprofessional installers and no company backup or responsibility.My experience with Quality SOlar Systems has been faultless and with professionalism above and beyond all expectations.With hand on heart, I would not hesitate in recommending Quality Solar Systems.

Was told that if I signed the contract by a certain date I would get my install done before Christmas. That didn't happen. Then I called for months and would get a message that I would get a call back but never did my partner called from a number they didn't recognise and they finally informed him there was a delay. A month later and I hadn't heard from them with any information I threatened to cancel and go with a different solar company did I get a date for install. I then recieved a call to change the date which I agreed and this didn't happen. Install happened 2 days after. Worst communication I have ever experienced. The original info was in November and contract signed and the final install was April.

Quality Solar Systems have good quality products at a great prices here in Hobart. The consultant was very professional, had a lot of knowledge and helped me through the process with ease. Among all the quotes & consultation we got, Quality Solar stood on top. Highly recommend.

Do not deal with this company. We paid a deposit on 1 nov 2022. Since then it has been extremely hard to contact them only getting excuses when they do respond. Now I'm trying to get our deposit back . Communication. Extremely poor. Customer service. Non existence.

Deposit paid October 2022 with installation on or about 20-12-22.Very professional up until the deposit was paid. It is now 6 months later with no sign of my system so I have asked for my deposit back. There has been no contact from them either by email or phone. I also contacted the company in Queensland as Roy appeared to have worked there, again no reply.DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Roy told me maximum 5 weeks for installation that was back in September its now April!! Constant lies about installation date still trying to chase him up won't answer calls not good enough

Roy the rep turned up 1hr different to appointment for quote. Gave us the sales speech. All sounded great. After signing contract and doing my own research on what we were quoted I discovered differing facts. Roy would deny saying things and then later say he did say it. (All communication was via email or sms). Lots of problems with the company. Original day of installation was cancelled by them. No reason given. Later I found out that they had quoted for parts they didn't have. Actual day of installation they brought a different inverter to what we had paid for. They didn't bring smart meter. Was continually lied to. I'm still having problems chasing up Roy to find out about smart meter.DO NOT deal with this company!
