We've been renting through Wood Property since January (viewed apartment/signed lease in December) and they've been great! The viewing agent Ally answered all our questions and helped us work with the owner to arrange the best time for us to take occupancy. Since we moved in, our property manager Brooke has been really friendly, helpful and prompt with sorting maintenance (a minor issue with the plumbing was sorted very quickly) and answering our questions about how everything works in the apartment block, including helping sort out power on Day One. Liam was a great property manager whilst I was in the property and then made my move out process a breeze. He even met me at the property to hand back the keys which in all my years of renting I have never experienced! thankyou Liam :)

I would like to commend Liam for being hands-on and prompt in helping us secure the property. We’ve had many experience with different agents before (not with Wood Property) and we always get stressed last minute due to lack of communication but the experience with Liam is smooth sailing. He communicates and responds quickly, very good hospitality too. Working with Wood Property has been a totally different experience so far. Our property manager Hannah is pretty responsive and always willing to help. Additionally, We didn't expect to have a chatbot to help us with quick inquiries about our contract. So far, we love the overall renting experience with Wood and Hannah!
