My father's funeral was like most others in the way of it being a difficult and sad time for many. But sometimes in family's, not everybody feels the same about how they want to say goodbye. My father's funeral was like this. The service was hard to plan to accommodate for everybody. Rebecca and her team were amazing. I can safely say, if it wasn't for the understanding, patients and compassion shown by Rebecca and co., that Dad's funeral may have been one of regret. These guys really went the extra mile to make it day to remember for everybody. Thank you so much.

When a funeral company offers a work utility with a small closed tray to transport your lost loved one when there 1990's looking hearse breaks down they are not the one you'd want to trust again. They ran and hid instead of talking to the family and were very unprofessional.

Ashton and the team at Heatherington Funerals were exceptional for our fathers funeral. Everyone we dealt with from the transfer team right through to the funeral staff were patient, compassionate and caring. Ashton was available through phone and text at all times. Every little detail was thought about and the funeral turned out to be a beautiful and memorable service. Funerals are a heavy-going experience for family and loved ones. Eric Dekker and his Team took care of everything from start to finish. The oh so very special day to farewell our mother went off without a hitch. Eric was the steady hand on the tiller. His guidance in the lead up to the funeral and his reassuring presence on the day left us free to mourn and reflect on the life of our beloved mother.

The entire process from the team coming to get my dad, sitting down with Ashton sorting every detail, lovely ladies in the reception. Everyone at Hetherington funeral have the most respect, empathy, patience, very very kind hearted people and I can't be more thankful.
